WELCOME TO FOLKESTONE FESTIVALS
Folkestone Festivals have now put in place their programme for 2016, their fifth year of events stretching over several months for the pleasure of residents, businesses and visitors to Folkestone.
ST. GEORGE’S DAY & EVENING SPECTACULAR
Kicking off at 3.30PM with the Strictly Come Dancing Competition, come dressed in anything English or depicting England. Then enjoy the King of Cockney himself Gordon Bennett with the immaculate comedian and impressionist Chris Wheeler while having a feast of fine food provided by our hosts the Leas Cliff Hall, finishing with live music from the Apache Showband.
There’s also prizes to be won, get involved in our auction and raffle also in aid of the Folkestone Town Mayor’s Charities.

A well established and increasingly popular specialist Art, Craft and Artisan Food market, the ArtMart established in 2010 will return to Folkestone town centre for it’s seventh year. A range of stalls in the precinct between Debenhams and W.H Smith, open between 10:00 – 17:00, the ArtMart is an excellent place to purchase a range of Art, Craft and Artisan Foods for yourself and special, unique gifts for others.
We are delighted to announce a partnership with Buckingham Covers, a Folkestone based company which designs, manufactures and sells exclusive first day covers and stamp sheets.
