ST. GEORGE’S DAY SCOUT PARADE

SATURDAY 21ST APRIL – LEAS CLIFF HALL

The St. George’s Day parade will begin at the memorial arch and end at the The Leas Bandstand, led by the pipers and drums with St. George and the Dragon life-size puppets. Please come along to support the Shepway Scouts, Cubs and Beavers whilst enjoying traditional St. George’s Day festivities. 

PROGRAMME

*Scouts Service in main hall

09:30 – Organiser arrives

10:15  Scouts, Cubs, Beavers and Youth Groups arrive and assemble seating – loudspeaker system with 3 microphones on stage

10:30  Colours rehearsal

10:45  Scouts Parade into LCH

11:00  Service

11:45 – Form up outside for Parade to town

12:00 – Mayoral Party takes the salute at the LCH

12:30 – 13:30 Lunch

13:30 – 15:30 Youth Group Activities inside and outside
