UK STRONGEST MAN U105kg Final – SUNDAY 12th July 2020– 11am to 4.30pm – Leas Bandstand.
Folkestone Festivals presents the UK Strongest Man U105kg Competition, sponsored or supported by Rebel Strength (kit supplies) Time4Nutrition, Ready to Roar (Body Power), Fit One Gym, Swole Foods, Xplosive Ape, Protein Dynamix, Leas Cliff Hall, Clifton Hotel, Southcliffe Hotel, The Cliffe Restaurant, KAP Moor Group Ltd., Folkestone Town Council, Folkestone, Hythe & District Hotel & Catering Association, Folkestone 10K, Ashford Orbital (Mitsubishi, Mazda and Kia), Strongman Dynamix.
The UK’s Strongest Man U105kg Final is back for a 4th year in Folkestone.15 of the UK’s Strongest Men will qualify for this great final!
Guys have to go through qualifiers to make it to this great show. Last year the top 3 guys went on to World’s Strongest Man.
Trophies and Prize Money will be presented.

135kg axle press for reps 60 secs, Axle will be 15ins on wheels

320kg farmers frame 40m 75 secs
Event three
380kg yoke 40m drop and turn 75 secs.

320kg axle deadlift for reps 15 inch
60 secs straps allowed.

On site all day will be Scoff & Skip Ice Cream, Streetz2Streetz Fish & Burger van, Philly Cheese Steak, German Sausages, Pies The Limit, Toasties, Enzo Bakery, Candy Floss, Fudge & Sweets and a great variety of art and craft stalls – homemade confectionary, Jams & Pickles, Vegetarian Foods, Garden Ornaments, Utility Warehouse, Kent Wildlife, Soaps & Bath Bombs, Jewellery, Kazzicrafts bags etc., KCC Fostering and many more.
Also present will be new Mitsubishi, Mazda and Kia cars from Ashford Orbital with staff on hand to guide you to the best value vehicles, and a great range of Vintage/Classic Vehicles for those with a nostalgic interest in real vehicles!
The Cliffe Restaurant and Bar is just across the road, with panoramic view of the stunning Channel and bandstand. The Clifton Hotel, Restaurant and Bar, Skuba Bar and Southcliff Hotel and Office Bar are all a few yards away to freshen up your throats.
There will also be great entertainment and sporting challenges for the younger generation:
Inflatable 50ft tunnel run with obstacles, Gladiator Joust: suitable for both children & adults, nine hole crazy golf and Inflatable football shootout game -Ideal age 5 years + so that families can enjoy both events.
The inflatable tunnel run is fun and safe and can keep everyone amused for hours. Great for those with plenty of energy to burn. A massive 50ft long tunnel with various obstacles to overcome. This unit is suitable for ages up to 14 years.
Contenders ready!..3..2..1 ! Made famous by the popular “Gladiators” TV show.The object of the game is to try & knock your opponent off their platform using the battle sticks. Balance & skill required for this one! This game is suitable for both children 6 years + & adults. Fight against friends, family or complete strangers.
The player stands at the front of the football penalty shootout game, and kicks the ball towards the back of the unit, which has a goal keeper drawn on the back wall. Ideal ages 5 years +
